Our yoga classes include Basic to advance multi-style yoga based on Hatha, Ashtanga Primary series and Vinyasa flow.

  • Pranayama, or breathwork, is a set of breathing exercises that can help regulate the breath and increase energy levels. Practicing pranayama can help massage practitioners maintain a steady rhythm and flow during massage sessions, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief. On this massage training we will offer daily guidance and practice on Eight various pranayams; Nadi Sodhan, Suryavedi, Chandra Vedi, Seetali, seetkari, Vastrika, Ujjai, Bramari along with cleansings such as on Neti, Kapalbathi, Nauli, and Agnisar Kriya as well as proper guidance on advanced yogi Bandas( Energy Locks); Moola Bandha (Rootlock) Udiyan Banda (Abdominal Lock), Jalandhar bandha ( Chin lock), and Maha Bandha.By incorporating these side training programs into your routine, you can enhance your overall well-being and become a more effective and well-rounded traditional Thai massage practitioner.

  • Incorporating meditation into your daily routine can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and increase overall well-being. This can help you become a more effective massage practitioner by promoting a calm and centered state of mind. We will offer you everyday verities of Guided meditation techniques; mindfulness, vipassana, inner and outer Tratak (concentration on chakras /lights/ natural objects)
