Yoga Trek Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Pokhara

  • Activities: Arrival, explore lakeside, yoga session by Phewa Lake.
  • Accommodation: Hotel in Pokhara.

Day 2: Pokhara to Besishahar (Drive)

  • Travel: 6-7 hours by private vehicle.
  • Activities: Introduction to the trek, evening yoga session.
  • Accommodation: Guesthouse in Besishahar.

Day 3: Besishahar to Bahundanda (Trek)

  • Trek: 5-6 hours.
  • Activities: Morning yoga, scenic trekking, evening meditation.
  • Accommodation: Guesthouse in Bahundanda.

Day 4: Bahundanda to Chamje

  • Trek: 5-6 hours.
  • Activities: Yoga in nature, hiking, evening relaxation.
  • Accommodation: Guesthouse in Chamje.

Day 5: Chamje to Dharapani

  • Trek: 5-6 hours.
  • Activities: Morning yoga, cultural insights, evening mindfulness session.

Day 11: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi

  • Trek: 4-5 hours.
  • Activities: Yoga, preparation for Thorong La Pass.

Day 12: Thorong Phedi to Thorong La Pass (and descend to Muktinath)

  • Trek: 7-8 hours.
  • Activities: Early morning yoga, crossing the pass, celebrating the achievement.

Day 13: Muktinath to Jomsom

  • Trek: 5-6 hours.
  • Activities: Yoga session in Muktinath, scenic trek.

Day 14: Jomsom to Pokhara (Flight or Drive)

  • Travel: 25-minute flight or 7-8 hours by road.
  • Activities: Final yoga session reflecting on the trek.

Day 15: Departure from Pokhara
