200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Nepal is a traditional RYT-200 yoga certification program offered in Pokhara by Karmayogi Yoga and Wellness School.

This immersive training is designed for beginners and intermediate practitioners seeking authentic yoga education in a peaceful Himalayan environment. The 21-day residential program helps students strengthen their personal yoga journey while developing the skills and confidence needed to teach professionally or just to live a yogic lifestyle.

The course follows internationally recognised Yoga Alliance RYT-200 standards and integrates traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and teaching methodology.
