Here I learned the true meaning of yoga, corrected my awareness of yoga errors, and learned from my teachers what is love, humility and discipline. Teachers are very professional and are true practitioners of yoga. 21 days of travel I got the right care, this time the resort is a natural place, the air is very good, every day to say hello to the animals, you can also consult with the Ayurveda doctor and massage. It offered a wonderful mix of yoga, sound healing, and massage in a peaceful setting with stunning views. The teacher was generous in sharing his expertise, making every yoga session an opportunity to deepen my practice. The Ayurvedic food served during the retreat was super tasty and definitely one of the best parts of the retreat.If you’re considering this retreat, I highly recommend staying longer.
