Each day includes guided Yoga and meditation session, mediation, wellness practices, hands-on massage instruction, nature walks, and wholesome meals.
Part 1: Holistic Intuitive Oil Massage Training









Focus: Energy Line Therapy, Pranic Healing, and Emotional Release
Begin your training with a deep dive into the body’s energy anatomy through intuitive oil massage. Rooted in ancient healing principles, this method focuses on the body’s ten major energy lines (Nadis), using warm oils, meditative touch, and slow rhythmic techniques to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
You will learn to:
- Locate and work on the ten vital energy lines (Nadis)
- Release stored emotions and dissolve energy blockages
- Use mindful, compassionate touch for emotional healing
- Cultivate inner stillness, intuition, and body awareness
Special Module: Couples Massage
Learn the art of giving and receiving with your partner through synchronized movements, intuitive touch, and energy-based massage. This is ideal for couples wishing to deepen their connection or work together professionally in holistic bodywork.
Part 2: Traditional Yoga Massage Training







Focus: Assisted Yoga Techniques, Sen Line Therapy, and Full-Body Healing
Traditional Yoga Massage is a 25,000-year-old healing art that blends assisted stretching, energy line work, and rhythmic body movement. This ancient practice, rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, promotes the free flow of prana (life force) by stimulating the Sen energy lines.
Training Highlights:
- Foundations of Yoga Massage and its historical roots
- Techniques for working on the body’s major Sen (Nadi) lines
- Dynamic stretches, joint mobilization, and acupressure
- How to give a full-body treatment using hands, feet, elbows, and knees
- Principles of practitioner posture, presence, and breath awareness
Certification: On successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Participation from Karmayogi Yoga & Wellness, an ISO-certified institution.
Himalayan Sound Healing Training







Focus: Vibrational Healing, Chakra Balancing, and Deep Relaxation
This day is dedicated to the healing power of sound. Using traditional Himalayan singing bowls and sacred sound techniques, you will learn how to guide others into deep states of rest, energetic alignment, and emotional clarity.
What you will experience:
- Introduction to sound healing principles and vibrational therapy
- Hands-on practice with authentic Tibetan singing bowls
- Chakra alignment through sound frequencies
- Group sound meditation sessions
- Techniques to support emotional release, mental clarity, and nervous system healing
This session takes place in a tranquil hilltop location with breathtaking views of the Annapurna mountain range and Phewa Lake.
