Day 1: Arrival Day

  • 14:00: Arrival at the location
  • 15:00 – Orientation
  • 16:00 –  Gentle evening restorative yoga , Pranayama / Sound healing 
  • 19:00: Dinner
  • 20:00 –  Before sleep  meditation
  • 20:30: Rest 

Day 2 Onwards 

  • 06:30: Herbal tea
  • 07:00 – Traditional yoga asanas with sun salutation
  •  08:00: Breathwork (pranayama) and meditation
  • 09:00: Breakfast
  • 10:00 – Sound healing / Grounding karmayoga 
  • 13:00: Lunch
  • 15:00 – 16:00: massage/ Local area sightseeing / hikes – weather permitting
  • 17:00 – 18:00: Gentle evening restorative yoga with pranayama and meditation 
  • 19:00: Dinner
  • 20:00 – 20:30: Pre- sleep meditation/ mantra chanting

Upon arrival, you must pay remaining cost in cash in Npr, USD, or via electronic cards with 3 % bank charge. 

 

Changes and Alterations:

• The training school reserves the right to make changes and alterations to the schedule as needed.

• The training school is not responsible for changes or alterations due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation delays.

Health and Liability:

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the course.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• The school reserves the right to cancel the course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

• In the event of cancellation by the school, participants will receive a full refund.

• Participants who withdraw from the retreats or training Programs for any reason will  not eligible for a refund.

Arrival Information

1. Arrival by Aeroplane:

For those arriving by plane, please book your flight from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu to Pokhara International Airport. The flight duration is 30 min. Then you make a taxi from  airport  to reach our retreat location.

2. Arrival by Tourist  Bus 

If you are travelling by bus, your journey begins in Kathmandur tourist bus station (Thamel) to Pokhara Bus station  The travelling time by bus or car from Kathmandu to Pokhara takes 7-9 hours depending on traffic. Then you make a taxi from  bus station ,to reach our retreat location. 

 

Visa Information for Nepal (Visa on Arrival)

When travelling to Nepal, you have several options for obtaining your visa:

1. Visa on Arrival: You can acquire your visa upon arrival at various entry points, including:

Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu

Border entry points in Kakadvitta, Birgunj, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Gaddachowki on Nepal-India border, and Kodari on the Nepal-China border.

2. Apply Online: You can also apply for a tourist visa online through this website: http://online.nepalimmigration.gov.np/tourist-visa.

3. Visit the Nepal Embassy or Diplomatic Mission: Obtain your visa at the nearest Nepal Embassy or Diplomatic Mission before your trip.
