Who can Join?

All the seekers of yoga, massages, healthy life and natural healings. We welcome all level Beginner basic, to advance levels. People who have pervious knowledge in any practice it will enhance your level and who are beginners it will start your journey towards yogic lifestyle .

How big is the group ?

Our group varies on seasons. Usually the group in high season of October – November can be bigger and in off season are smaller. However, the training keeps going even with a single student.

Who teaches?
We will be collaborating with highly experienced teachers in yoga , Thai massage and healing practices in their field. Meet our team for details.

Singing bowls and their Corresponding Notes

In singing bowl therapy, seven musical notes are utilized, namely C, D, E, F, G, A, and B. These notes are carefully chosen and aligned with specific chakras in the body.
