Singing bowls and their Corresponding Notes

In singing bowl therapy, seven musical notes are utilized, namely C, D, E, F, G, A, and B. These notes are carefully chosen and aligned with specific chakras in the body. The Muladhara (Root chakra) is associated with the note C, the Svadhishthana (Sacral chakra) with the note D, the Manipura (Solar Plexus) with the note E, the Anahata (Heart) with the note F, the Visuddha (Throat chakra) with the note G, the Ajna (Third Eye) with the note A, and the Sahasrara (Crown chakra) with the note B.
