On this massage training we will offer daily guidance and practice on Eight various pranayams; Nadi Sodhan, Suryavedi, Chandra Vedi, Seetali, seetkari, Vastrika, Ujjai, Bramari along with cleansings such as on Neti, Kapalbathi, Nauli, and Agnisar Kriya as well as proper guidance on advanced yogi Bandas( Energy Locks); Moola Bandha (Rootlock) Udiyan Banda (Abdominal Lock), Jalandhar bandha ( Chin lock), and Maha Bandha.By incorporating these side training programs into your routine, you can enhance your overall well-being and become a more effective and well-rounded traditional Thai massage practitioner.
