Welcome to the 7-day, 40-hour traditional Thai massage training course! Over the next week, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the ancient art of Thai massage and gain a deep understanding of its therapeutic benefits. Through a combination of hands-on practice, theoretical instruction, and practical demonstrations, you will learn the key techniques and principles of this traditional healing modality.
With a focus on breath, body movement, and meditation, Thai Massage Training offers students a holistic approach to health and well-being. By developing greater awareness of the body and the mind, students can become more conscious and in control of their emotions and thoughts. This training is not only beneficial for personal healing and growth but also offers practical skills that can be shared with family, friends, and the community.

- Yoga
- Practicing yoga can help develop flexibility, strength, and balance, which are all beneficial for performing massage. Additionally, yoga can help practitioners become more mindful and present, which can enhance the quality of their massage sessions. Our yoga classes include Basic to advance multi-style yoga based on Hatha, Ashtanga Primary series and Vinyasa flow.
- Pranayams and Cleansing
- Pranayama, or breathwork, is a set of breathing exercises that can help regulate the breath and increase energy levels. Practicing pranayama can help massage practitioners maintain a steady rhythm and flow during massage sessions, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief. On this massage training we will offer daily guidance and practice on Eight various pranayams; Nadi Sodhan, Suryavedi, Chandra Vedi, Seetali, seetkari, Vastrika, Ujjai, Bramari along with cleansings such as on Neti, Kapalbathi, Nauli, and Agnisar Kriya as well as proper guidance on advanced yogi Bandas( Energy Locks); Moola Bandha (Rootlock) Udiyan Banda (Abdominal Lock), Jalandhar bandha ( Chin lock), and Maha Bandha.By incorporating these side training programs into your routine, you can enhance your overall well-being and become a more effective and well-rounded traditional Thai massage practitioner.
- Meditation
- Incorporating meditation into your daily routine can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and increase overall well-being. This can help you become a more effective massage practitioner by promoting a calm and centered state of mind. We will offer you everyday verities of Guided meditation techniques; mindfulness, vipassana, inner and outer Tratak (concentration on chakras /lights/ natural objects)

Who can Join?
All the seekers of yoga, massages, healthy life and natural healings. We welcome all level Beginner basic, to advance levels. People who have pervious knowledge in any practice it will enhance your level and who are beginners it will start your journey towards yogic lifestyle .
How big is the group ?
Our group varies on seasons. Usually the group in high season of October – November can be bigger and in off season are smaller. However, the training keeps going even with a single student.

We will be collaborating with highly experienced teachers in yoga , Thai massage and healing practices in their field. Meet our team for details.

We are located in the center of Lakeside area. It 2 min walk from the center Halan chok next to 18th street on main road. You may also heck our google maps for easy excess.
