Packing List

Below is a list of items to pack for your trekking trip to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience:

Footwear: Comfortable hiking boots that have been tried and tested before your trek starts, and spare boot laces. Also, 2-3 pairs of good quality walking socks made from Merino wool, which are odourless.

Trekking Gear: Walking or hiking poles, waterproof jacket, fleece jacket, down jacket (in winter or for higher altitudes), 2-3 hiking shirts, thin & warm hiking trousers, thermal underwear, warm hat, warm gloves, neck warmer, sun hat, sunglasses, and 2 refillable water bottles (each at least 1 litre).

Carrying: A day bag (25 to 40 litres)

Resting & Sleeping: Fleece sweater, sweatpants or other comfortable trousers, sneakers to wear in guesthouses, bath slippers, sleeping bag (temperature certification depends on the trekking route), sleeping liner (even if the lodges provide warm blankets, they don’t change the bed liners every day, so your own liner is a comfortable and hygienic alternative), warm pyjamas or long underwear, earplugs for the nights, headlamp or torch.

Body Care: High factor sun cream, lip balm preferably with sunblock, toiletries, travel towel – fast drying, toilet paper, disinfectant for hands, and whatever you need for your personal well-being.

Accommodation: Along the trek, guesthouses offer unpretentious but hygienic lodgings, usually featuring double or triple bedrooms.

Food and Drinks: At the guesthouse, the menu boasts an extensive selection of Nepalese and international dishes, and it is recommended to try the local cuisine.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes and alterations to the route alterations due to unavoidable circumstances such as  natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation delays.
The Participant acknowledges that the Organizer is not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the trip. The Participant agrees to release the Organizer from any liability, claims, and causes of action arising from their participation in the trip.
This tour is registered and governed by the laws of the country of Nepal.
