Learn the Art of Yogic Living

At our  Yoga Lifestyle retreat, you’ll experience different yoga practices to refresh your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. Each day includes two yoga sessions featuring Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative styles that help you build strength and find balance. These are paired with meditation and pranayama (breathwork) sessions to increase focus and relax your nervous system. You’ll join daily philosophy classes that gently introduce the roots of yoga and the deeper meaning behind the practice. Through mindfulness, moments of silence, and simple daily routines inspired by yogic principles, you’ll develop greater self-awareness and inner calm. To support your journey into the Yoga Lifestyle, we serve pure, sattvic meals inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom, with herbal teas and detox drinks to cleanse and energize. In this  Yoga Lifestyle Retreat, you’ll learn about mindful eating and nutrition to help maintain your well-being long after the retreat ends.
