At our Yoga Lifestyle retreat, you’ll experience different yoga practices to refresh your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. Each day includes two yoga sessions featuring Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative styles that help you build strength and find balance. These are paired with meditation and pranayama (breathwork) sessions to increase focus and relax your nervous system.
