Our 21 Days 200 hours curriculum has thoughtfully combined the wisdom of ancient traditional styles of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga along with Holistic healing training of 10 hours of Traditional Thai Yoga massage and 6 hours Singing Bowl Sound Healing Training.

Our yoga program offers heritage of traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga yoga. The focus
is on internal awareness, good alignment practices, and a comprehensive understanding of
yoga. You’ll also learn to create your sequences, practice pre-designed sequences, and

How much emphasis is placed on teaching methodology and practice during the RYT 200

Our courses are highly interactive and practical. We provide numerous opportunities for
teaching practice, including two practical exams with feedback from both peers and

Can I start teaching immediately after completing the RYT 200 hrs Traditional Holistic Yoga Teacher Training program at Karmayogi?
The answer is 100 % yes. We will provide multiple opportunities of teaching practice. After
certain self practice and dedication , You will be able to teach beginner friendly yoga classes to your community professionally. There’s a high demand and it will increase for well-trained yoga teachers, and we are committed to helping you become one.

What is the average class size at Karmayogi’s RYT 200 hrs Traditional Holistic Yoga Teacher Training in Pokhara Nepal ?
To ensure a personalized experience, we maintain small class sizes with 5-20 students per
group.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat to the training, or will one be provided?
While we do not provide individual mats due to personal preferences, you’re welcome to
bring your own. In case you cannot bring one, we have a limited number of mats available
for use. Please note that we do not sell yoga mats at our schools.
Do I have to book in Advance?
Yes, it is advisable to book in advance to secure your seat. To reserve your spot for our
Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal, you can make an advance payment of USD 100.
This can be done through convenient methods such as Western Union or bank transfer.
This ensures that you have a confirmed reservation for the course and guarantees your
participation. Please note that this advance fee $100 is non-refundable but you may postpone
your training with the same booking within Two years or you may join our Online teacher
Training.
How do I get to the school from the airport, and is there an airport transfer service?
We do not provide any airport or bus station transfer. You may take a taxi to the school on your own payment .
Can I go out on days off?
You’ll have Saturday off in a week. You can utilize this time to prepare the next day or you
may spent on your choice.
Do I have to pay full fees in the beginning?
Yes we take full payment on the first day or before the course starts.
Do I Get the full refund once the course begins?
Participants withdrawing for any reason are not eligible for a refund. After
starting the course if school cancels the course due to any unforeseen
circumstances we will provide a full refund.
